Vecki House - 169 Front Street

The historic Vecki house was built in 1865. The photo shows Victor and Claire Vecki and their family. The house was constructed by the Howard Brothers for Michael Cohen who had a store on Front Street and was Danville's postmaster for nearly 20 years.

The house originally set back from the street with a large front lawn. The structure was moved forward in the 1990's when the building was renovated.
